Warm-Up
4 Rounds of
2 Wall Walkers
4 Rolling Split Straddles
6 Dolphin Push-Ups
8 Alt Dead Bugs

Skill – Handstand Push-Ups (15 minutes)
4 Rounds max unbroken reps of HSPU, rest ~2 minutes b/t sets

HSPU Options:

  1. Hands on 35 lb plates, head to single ab-mat;
  2. Hands on floor, head to single ab-mat;
  3. Hands on floor, head to two ab-mats;
  4. 4 sets of 5 Pike Position Push-Ups + 5 Seated DB Strict Press (scale Pike position to regular Push-Ups)

Strength – Push Press (25 Min)
Prep:
3 x 3 working up in weight

Work:
5 x 3 at same weight
– Follow each set with 10 OH Plate Sit-Ups + Russian Twist
(1 Rep = 1 OH Plate Sit-Up + plate twist to each side)
