10 Band Bicep Curls
Strength – Push/Pull Combo (40 Min)
Alternating between exercises each set
1 x 5 Floor Press w/ bar, then, 3 x 3 working up in weight
1 x 10 RDL w/ bar, then Supinated Grip Barbell Row 3 x 5 working up in weight
Floor Press = 5-5-5-3-3-3
OH Plate Sit-Ups = 10-10-10-10-10-10
Barbell Row = 5-5-5-5-5-5
Russian Plate Twists = 10-10-10-10-10-10
– Work through in order: 5 Floor Press, 10 Sit Ups, 5 Rows, 10 Twists.
– Not for time, but move through 4 sets with minimal rest, then rest 1-2 minutes before starting next round.
