1 x 5 w/ bar,
3 x 3 working up in wt
Work:
4 x 5 at same weight
– Follow each work set with 15 DB Bent Over Rows
Accessory
40 Dips (Ring, Bar or Box) in as few sets as possible
At each break, complete 10 Band Pull Aparts
then,
60 Push-Ups in as few sets as possible
At each break, complete 5 Prone Plate Retract and Press
Cool Down
1 Minute Band Bully stretch/side
1 Minute Standing Pec Stretch/side
