Row 1000/750/500 M, Rest in any remaining time (scale distance to finish between 3:15 and 3:45)
Rest 4 Minutes

In 4 Minutes:
20 Burpee Box Jump Overs*, Max Double Unders in remaining time (scale to single skips)
Rest 4 Minutes

Mobility
1 Min Standing Calf Stretch/side
1 Min Single Leg Flexion/side

*Burpee, then step onto box, then down to other side (=1 rep). Step down facing direction you came from.
