2x 2 Hang Hi Pulls+ 2 Hang Power Snatch
4x 1 Hang Hi Pull+1 Hang Power Snatch+ 1 Snatch

Work:
4×1 Hang Snatch*, working up to training Max
*Snatches may be full or power.

Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes (10 rounds)**
1 Hang Snatch+ 2 Snatches

**May be done in groups of 3, each person has :30 to perform reps then 1:00 rest
