Saturday, 2/3 – Sunday 2/4: H ST CLOSED for L2 Certificate Course. U ST: Normal Schedule!

Saturday, 2/10, Skill Session on Handstand Push Ups
Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: H Street
Coaches: Lance, Tyler, Kasey, Kate
Class Size: 20 People

Prerequisites: Athletes must have one strict Handstand Push-Up or can do multiple strict reps to 1 ab mats.

Join CFDC coaches on a Saturday afternoon to improve your ability upside down with handstand push-up skill seminar. This seminar will be a hands-on skill session with CFDC coaches to help correct and improve the strict and kipping variations of the handstand push-up. Before registering, we ask that you can perform a minimum of 1 strict handstand push-up or can do multiple strict reps to 1 ab mat. Please email info@crossfitdc.com to reserve your spot today!
