How long have you been doing CrossFit (and what inspired you to begin)? How long have you been at CFDC? Why did you choose CFDC?
I started doing CrossFit 4 years ago – I was bored of continuously running and looking for a different way to get a good workout. My sister and I came across a groupon and tried it out. I have been at CFDC for 1.5 years.I chose CFDC because I can walk there and had a few friends that already belonged.
Favorite and least favorite CrossFit movements?
Favorite – Box Jumps
Least Favorite – Thrusters
What do you do when you aren’t flinging heavy weights around the gym?

My first Smackdown – had never done any sort of CF competition – so participating in the Smackdown gave me the confidence to compete in the Open.
Proudest accomplishment (in the gym or beyond)?
Getting my first Pull-up! (It took wayyyy too long)

A bear – so I could sleep through the cold winter months…

I went to college and worked as a Graphic Designer before deciding to change careers and be a pastry chef & start a Doughnut Shop.
