Climb The Ladder As High As You Can in 8 Minutes of:
2-4-6-8-10-12…etc (add 2 reps every time)
Walking Lunge Steps (or Alt Reverse Lunge) w/ weight overhead
Hand Release Push Ups (keep feet on the object)
Rest 4 Minutes then
Match The Reps Completed in the 8 Minute AMRAP as quickly as possible.
For example, if I got 19 of 22 HR Push Ups at 8 minutes I will re-climb the ladder to 19 of 22 HR Push Ups (so 2/2, 4/4/…20/20, 22/19 ) even though it will take me more than 8 minutes – most likely.
Cool Down:
400m Backpack/plate bearhug carry – walk at a regular pace (no running or quick feet) or Run 1 Mile
