5 Devil’s Press (Backpack, Plate, Single Arm DB, or Burpees) 
10 Plyo Lunges (left leg/right leg equals 1 rep) – or sub regular Alt Reverse Lunge
15 2-Count Hollow Hold Flutter Kick (with same weight as Devil’s Press)
