1 min Bretzel stretch/side

In the first interval, perform 1 Single Arm Thruster on each side (2 total) and 1 Burpee

In the second interval, perform 2 Single Arm Thrusters on each side (4 total) and 2 Burpees

In the third interval, perform 3 Single Arm Thrusters on each side (6 total) and 3 Burpees

Continue as far as possible.  Whenever unable to complete reps within interval, begin back at 3 and continue working up.
