Perform 1-2-3-4-5 Rounds Of: 

12 Suitcase Deadlifts w/DB, KB, Plate, Backpack  (No Weight Option: Single Leg Split Squat) 

9 Single Arm Hang Power Snatch w/DB, KB (or G2OH w/Plate or Backpack – No Weight Option: Burpees) 

6 Single Arm Push Press w/DB, KB, Plate, Backpack  (No Weight Option: Decline Push Ups) 

* Run 400m After Every Set  (Sub 500m Row, 25 Cal Bike, 50 Mountain Climbers or Lateral Hops) 

(Alternate Arms After Every Round – So Left Arm = 1 Round, Right Arm + Left Arm = 2 Rounds, etc…)
