If using single DB/KB, split work evenly on each arm (6/6). May do snatches as alternating or one side at a time. 

Scale run to 100 mountain climbers, 250 m row/ski, 12/8 Cal ass bike or 1 minute hard effort on jump rope, step ups, lateral hops etc.
