I started CrossFit in 2018 after my best friend Lonyl convinced me to join. I was sold on the idea of dropping in and collecting CrossFit t-shirts from around the world. I became a member at CrossFit DC shortly after moving to DC in March 2021.
Pre-Covid I was traveling a lot! I miss those days. Now you can find me vacuuming my home, cruising around DC on my moped, watching Survivor, and looking for friends that want to play Mafia.
My lifetime goal is to win Survivor. An impossible CrossFit goal is to get one strict HSPU.
I never miss a (barbell) snatch day and I schedule my rest on deadlift days, I’m too tall for that shit.

I wish I would have known how competitive it was and not just competition-wise. CrossFit gave me goals and a reason to workout- I didn’t have that before I started.
