What do you do/like to do outside of the gym?
I love traveling, trying new foods, experiencing new cultures, and getting out of my comfort zone.
What inspired you to start coaching CrossFit?
I was inspired to coach because I wanted to help others grow in the same way that my coaches have done for me.
Best coaching cue/tip you’ve ever received?
Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Also, never quit.
Favorite movement, skill, or workout to coach and why?
I love coaching gymnastic movements because they’re fun and everyone remembers when they get their first pull up, muscle up, handstand walk, etc.
Favorite memory from coaching at CFDC?
I coached my first packed Saturday class and had a blast watching everyone work together. We have a great community and I am grateful to be a small part of it.
