The supportive community has been excellent. There’s something special about seeing each other grow, get fitter, and go through life milestones.

I like a good chipper – 12 Days, Zachary Tellier, Chad

Favorite things to do outside of the gym:
As they say, “Travel far enough, you meet yourself.” I enjoy traveling, eating my way around the world, cuddling with my dog, and reading.

How did you first get into CrossFit?
I’m all about having a well-rounded approach to wellness, so in 2017, I decided to start my fitness journey and get stronger through CrossFit.

Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
Challenging people to progress, live healthy lives, and unlock new skills they’ve never thought possible fills my proverbial cup and makes me eager to walk through those doors every day.
