

HYROX/Bootcamp training classes are fun, challenging, conditioning wokouts and also help athletes effectively prepare for the HYROX race, which involves running interspersed with various functional movements. HYROX classes focus on building cardio and strength capacity as well as training under fatigue to mimic the race’s demands and include an intentional mix of exercises and equipment such as burpees, push-ups, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, bikes and sled push/pulls. Athletes of all fitness and strength levels are welcome as the weights used are scalable and movements will be familiar to all. Participating in races is 100% optional, but they are held at various locations across the US (including a regular race in Washington, DC).
This is an excellent option for people who are new to CrossFit or anyone looking to get a good sweat on!
Our yoga classes are geared towards improving mobility and mindfulness of our athletes. While you won't see the same sequence of poses and routines each week, you will experience a thoughtful and effective approach to yoga that will advance your overall fitness. Our awesome yoga teachers are CrossFitters themselves and appreciate the importance of mobility, recovery, and being in-tune with your body.
