Whether you’re in DC for work or fun, we want to help you keep up with your fitness. Jump in a class and make some friends or keep up with your own programming in one of our Open Gym sessions.
How it works
- Purchase your drop-in or 7-day pass
- Schedule your class(es)
- Arrive a few minutes before class to meet the coach
- Enjoy the workout!
All passes are valid for both locations. Class reservations open up 72 hours in advance. Programming is posted at 6 PM the night before and can be accessed via the blue "Workout" button on the bottom left side of this webpage.

3 months of CrossFit experience required
