Try a Free Class
Whether you’re a seasoned CrossFitter looking for a new gym or trying out CrossFit for the first time, the first class is on us for anyone local.
New to CrossFit?
Our Welcome Plan will prepare you for our group classes, but if you're interested in trying a class first, we have 2 options for first time CrossFitters or those with limited experience.
- Boot Camp classes are for all levels and the coach will go over all of the movements, provide modifications and answer any questions that come up. Classes typically have between 10-20 participants and the class format and experienced coaches are the same as you'll see in our CrossFit classes. Boot Camp classes are offered on Saturdays and Sundays at both locations - check the schedule page for current class times.
- Elements is a 4-class series that prepares you for our CrossFit classes. This is part of our Welcome Plan, but you can also use your free class to try any of the 4 Elements classes (A, B, C or D). Classes typically have between 2-5 participants with more time devoted to teaching the fundamental movements. More info on the Welcome Plan here. Elements classes are offered at various times at both locations during the week - check the schedule page for current class times.
Experienced Local CrossFitter?
- Local (or soon to be local) CrossFitters looking for a new gym can request a trial class on us. 3 months of CrossFit experience is required.
