

For those looking to take their training to the next level, this DIY programming is for you! The CrossFit Performance training program is designed for eager athletes who want to introduce more advanced skills. Ideally, these athletes have a solid foundation already in place, but you can always scale and modify where needed. Competition workouts often feature heavier loading, muscle ups, handstand walks, rope climbs, etc. We offer two weekly DIY workout released on Wednesdays and Fridays that can be done during Open Gym.
HYROX training builds its programming based on the HYROX race, which involves running interspersed with various functional movements. HYROX classes will focus on cardio, strength, and training under fatigue to mimic the race’s modalities. Athletes of all fitness and strength levels are welcome, as the weights used are scalable and movements will be familiar to all. Participating in races is 100% optional, but they are held at various locations across the US (including a regular race in Washington, DC).
