Favorite thing about CrossFit:
My favorite thing about CrossFit is the community and that it is infinitely scalable for all levels.

Favorite movement(s) or workout(s):
My favorite movements: Split Jerks, Strict Press, OH Squats, Deadlifts, Snatch. Most things with a barbell. My favorite workouts are skill workouts and strength workouts

Favorite things to do outside of the gym:
Bake, spend time with friends, hiking, reading, tv binge watching

How did you first get into CrossFit?
I joined CrossFit DC in 2008 looking for a way to get back in shape after 2 years of traveling weekly for work. I tried a free intro class and never looked back.

Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
I enjoy motivating people to reach/realize their full potential and have fun along the way.
