I love eating/trying new restaurants, seeing live music, reading, and spending time with friends and my 5 cats
How did you first get into CrossFit?
I always wanted to try it but traveled for work full time. During covid I decided to give it a go to meet new people and get in better shape.
Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
I’ve had such a great experience learning and growing, I want to contribute to the community by helping other people work towards their CrossFit goals.
