The friendships that are built through pushing towards a common goal and supporting each other.
Favorite movement(s) or workout(s):
Bench Press and Back Squats! Cindy has always been a favorite workout.
Favorite things to do outside of the gym:
Spend time outside, travel, play with the dog and watch rugby.
How did you first get into CrossFit?
My superhero origin? I found CF online in late 2004 and realized they were doing what I was trying to do but further down the road than I was. There were no affiliates in the Mid Atlantic region yet, so I flew out to Santa Cruz to do a cert in April 2005.
Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
There wasn’t anyone else coaching CrossFit in the area, and I believed in the methodology. I felt like more people deserved effective training, and wanted to build a community around
