How did you first get into CrossFit?:
My parents had done CrossFit for many years, so when I was 13 I decided to try it out. I've been hooked ever since!
Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
Because I love to help people succeed when they are eager to improve, and I love when something I say finally clicks and that connection is made in real-time. Also, I want to share with others what I have learned through the hundreds of hours of technique work and coaching that I have gone through.
