Favorite thing about CrossFit:
I don't have one thing! CrossFit's methodology is geared towards showing up, doing the work, and seeing results. When a group of people do that, they not only develop new skills and strength but also stronger friendships, which makes CrossFit special!

Favorite things to do outside of the gym:
I love doing anything outside with my wife and two little boys.
How did you first get into CrossFit?
My college coach loved CrossFit. He followed the original CrossFit programming and posted scores every day. He hooked me on CrossFit, and I joined a CrossFit box after college.
Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
I recognized the impact CrossFit was having on my life, both inside and outside of the gym. I wanted to help others experience the benefits CrossFit was giving me!
