Favorite thing about CrossFit:
Constantly discovering new things about yourself: whether it’s your own capability, a surprising strength, or just the fact that you showed up when you’d rather not.

Favorite movement(s) or workout(s):
Movement: the snatch - The precision needed to execute the lift is something that can’t be “faked till maked” and I appreciate it’s objectivity
Workout: Whitten - The workout is a miserable combination of movement creating a recipe for mental fortitude and true grit

Favorite things to do outside of the gym:
Looking for new items / artwork to add to the apartment - and always listening to music

How did you first get into CrossFit?
After my appendectomy, on a recommendation from my brother back in 2010

Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
I’ve had coaches who have helped me become a better athlete and overall person and I was hoping I could do the same for others
