Favorite thing about CrossFit:
The constantly varied part along with the community gets me excited to keep coming back.

Favorite movement(s) or workout(s):
Handstand Push Ups, Pull Ups, and Power Cleans. Fight Gone Bad

Favorite things to do outside of the gym:
Try new restaurants and go to comedy shows.

How did you first get into CrossFit?
I was playing softball and ran out of breath running to my position and decided something needed to change. Called up a friend who had recently got into great shape and he told me about CrossFit.

Why did you decide to become a CrossFit coach?
I loved what it did for me and I wanted to be able to share that with other people.
